Navigating life transitions in later life can be tender, confusing, and even over-whelming experiences for older persons, their families, and for the providers who serve them. Decision-making around driving and mobility is often associated with loss of independence and identity and increased isolation and loneliness. This training is intended in part to lessen the isolation older adults, families and even providers feel regarding this issue.
