Written Testimony to Increase Primary Care Expenditures

S.867, An Act relative to primary care for you, will also expand payor agnostic access to Youth Community Crisis Stabilization (YCCS) services, outpatient services at Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs), and care provided at Behavioral Health Urgent Care Centers. H.1396/S.874, An Act strengthening mental health centers, will require MassHealth to pay increased rates for behavioral health outpatient services, especially those services provided at Community Mental Health Centers.
