The study reported in this report initially was designed to examine the needs of children with behavioral health needs and the elements of urgent care required to design a pilot for services. This 2nd Edition, released in July, 2020, includes considerations for meeting the needs of children with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
