Massachusetts 911 Call Study: Assessing the Potential to Divert Behavioral Health Calls to Alternative Responses

This report summarizes findings from a study that analyzed the disposition of a sample of 911 data to identify the number and types of calls that had been or could have been diverted to an alternative, non-law-enforcement response.
