MAMH Comments on 130 CMR 448.000: Community Behavioral Health Center Services (Related to Definitions and Services for Adults)

This letter was sent to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health & Human Services on October 26, 2022. It includes feedback on a few definitions and services included in the proposed regulations to establish Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs) as a new provider type for MassHealth. MAMH also collaborated with our CMHC colleagues on a separate submission with comments to the proposed legislation related to children.
